Made to Order

Pistolero Clásico products are made to order. Orders are generally produced within 2–7 business days before shipping. Shipping time is additional and varies by destination and carrier.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when available after your order ships. Please allow time for carrier tracking information to become active and update after shipment.

Delivery Issues

If your order appears to be lost, significantly delayed, or otherwise has a delivery issue, contact us at support@pistoleroclasico.com with your order number. We will review the shipment and determine the appropriate next steps.

Pistolero Clásico is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

International Orders

International delivery times vary by destination. Orders may be subject to customs processing, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise collected at checkout.
